You keep the airframe, the brand, and the customer. We supply the part that recognizes people, plus the paperwork that makes it all licensable. You ship a smarter product. We collect a royalty. The sky gets more interesting for everyone under it.

Integration path — four phases

Diligence

We check who you are, who owns you, and where you say you'll sell. If you say it, we believe it. Three to five weeks.

Airframe certification

We test your camera, your gimbal, and your compute. Then we publish an accuracy curve for your aircraft. Every airframe gets a number.

Entitlement

Every aircraft gets its own activation key. Ship as many as you like. Each one is a line item.

Attestation

Each quarter, you tell us how many people you identified. We add it up and send an invoice. We can't watch what you do with the product. We designed it that way, on purpose, and we'd like that noted.

Commercial model

Per-unit royalty

You pay for every aircraft that ships with SkyView® on board, whether the operator ever turns it on or not. They turn it on.

Match volume tier

Priced in bands, by matches per quarter. Identification is the value, so identification is the price. You report the number yourself. See §3.3, and thank you in advance.

Reference-set hosting

Don't want to store biometric records yourself? We'll hold them for you, in a jurisdiction we picked very carefully. Same faces. Friendlier laws.
