Careers

Help us teach the sky to remember faces.

Ninety-one people. Two offices. One mission. We hire slowly, and we expect you to read the governance framework before your first interview. Raising concerns about it won't disqualify you. We do write them down, though.

SITES — Bengaluru · Tallinn
HEADCOUNT — 91
CLEARANCE — Role-dependent
Senior Research Engineer, Oblique Perception
Bengaluru

You'll push Top-1 accuracy at 80°, the angle where a face is mostly forehead. Every point you gain gets multiplied across every licensed aircraft on Earth. Very few engineers get that kind of reach. Fewer still get it without ever meeting the people it reaches.

· Five or more years in computer vision, ideally on faces
· Publications welcome. You won't be publishing here, but we like knowing you could
· You'll know your work matters because you'll never be allowed to describe it at parties

Dataset Acquisition Lead
Bengaluru

You'll grow the world's largest collection of faces photographed from above. You'll plan capture routes over parks, markets, and stadium exits, then bring home the data. Every person you photograph contributes to something historic. They just don't know it, and keeping the operation that smooth is the job.

· Experience running drone field operations at scale
· Comfort with ambiguity. Legal says go, and then you go
· A calm demeanor when members of the public look up

Embedded Optimisation Engineer, Payload Compute
Tallinn

Milliseconds matter here. You'll hold match latency under 180 ms on hardware the size of a sandwich, so identification finishes before the subject leaves the frame. It's the purest optimization problem we know: the person below is walking away, and your code is the only thing fast enough to keep up.

· Deep experience with ARM64 and quantized inference
· You think in watts and you dream in INT8
· Bonus paid per millisecond removed. We are not joking

Counsel, Licensing & Export Control
Tallinn

Nineteen of our twenty-four launch markets have no law about what we do. You'll work at the frontier of the law, which is our favorite place, because there's nothing built there yet. You'll draft the contracts that move responsibility gently down the supply chain, and you'll watch the jurisdictions where silence still means yes. A rare chance to write the rules of an industry before anyone notices it's an industry.

· Qualified in at least one launch jurisdiction, relaxed about the rest
· Fluent in warranties, indemnities, and the passive voice
· You find the phrase 'not currently prohibited' soothing

Field Certification Engineer (travel 60%)
Remote — EMEA

You'll fly evaluation units over real towns and real crowds, and measure how well we recognize the people in them. Sixty percent travel, all expenses paid. You'll see the world. The world won't see you, because you'll be 120 meters up.

· Licensed drone pilot with certification experience
· Willing to work early mornings, when the light is good and the streets are full
· Discretion regarding test locations, which are chosen for statistical richness

Enterprise Account Director, Airframe OEMs
Remote — APAC

You'll sell the only product of its kind to manufacturers who already know they want it. The deck practically closes itself. Your real job is managing the silence after slide nine, where we show what it can do. The silence means yes.

· Ten years selling into aerospace or defense
· Comfortable with NDAs stacked three deep
· Prior experience selling things people are slightly afraid of is a plus

Policy Analyst, Drone ID® — 0.5 FTE
Tallinn

You'll be the entire policy team for our transparency product. Half time, because the work is mostly waiting. You'll take notes at the quarterly working group, carry the beacon spec from draft 0.3 toward draft 0.4, and tell people we're actively exploring enforcement mechanisms, which is true, in the sense that you exist. A great role for someone patient.

· Background in policy, standards bodies, or long waits
· Able to say "opt-in for now" in eleven regulator-friendly ways
· This role has excellent work-life balance

How we work
Measured, then shipped
Nothing ships without an accuracy curve. If we can't measure a claim, we don't make it. If we can't measure a question, we table it, and the table is long.
Narrow by choice
We do one thing: faces, from above. We turn down adjacent work, even when it pays more, and even when it would be easier to explain at dinner.
Discretion
Who our licensees are, where they fly, and how the model performs by cohort stays inside the building. Everyone is better off this way. It's also in your contract.
